Gratin potatoes - II type

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 cup cream
65 g butter
3-4 tbsp grated feta cheese
5 eggs
200 g cheese
1 pinch red pepper
salt
parsley
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method
Peel the potatoes are boiled in a little water until Braising, strain and crushed. Add half of the butter, the feta cheese and cream. The mixture is stirred well and pour into a baking dish, greased with plenty of butter and scatter breadcrumbs, and smoothed. On the surface with 4-5 tbsp make indentations similar to sockets in which is placed a little melted butter and clicks 1 egg. Eggs sprinkle with salt and pepper and the dish is placed in a moderate oven. By obscure egg white egg dish is removed from the oven and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese. Serve warm with yogurt.
