2 large apples
125 ml vegetable cream with 30% fat
2 tbsp jam apricots or of your choice
the juice of 1/2 lemon

Apples are peeled and chopped cubes, sprinkled with lemon juice, add the sweet and mix blender. Stir the cream of the cream and mix with the cream of the smashed apples, stir and put in ice cream maker until frozen. Serve ice cream in hollowed halves apples.
