Method

Ready kidneys are removed from the pot, washed, cut into thin pieces and lightly fry. carrots, turnips and potatoes are cut into slices and fry well. Vegetables and kidneys are placed in a pot, add the peeled and sliced cucumbers, salt, pepper, pour with cream and tomato paste, add the minced meat garlic and sauté them in the oven until tender vegetables.
