Ingredients
500 g mushrooms
4 scallions
6-7 leaves of fresh mint
salt
1-2 tbsp lipstick pepper
3-4 tbsp flour
sunflower oil zo frying

Method
Mushrooms advance cleaned and washed. Chives cut of not very finely and fry in the oil, then saute the mushrooms and finally put the red pepper and lightly fry it. Make up about 1-2 liters of water and boil for half an hour. Before you remove from heat, add the salt and the chopped mint. Make a slurry of flour and water and thicken the slurry. Put some more light on the stove to boil.
