Roast lamb

Ingredients
1 lamb leg - 1-1.5 kg (may shoulder)
100 g butter
250 ml beer
250 ml water
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
mint chopped
spices optional

Method
The meat is washed and placed in a larger tray. Salt is good, rubbed with paprika, the butter and sprinkle with mint (spices). In the pan put the beer, water and screwed with household aluminum foil. Bake for 40 minutes at the highest level of the oven, and then reduced to 180C for about 2 hours, until ready.

Thank Reni, I would immediately drew :) I'm more accustomed to the meat is very tasty and reeks like a lamb, but hard to find if it is freshly slaughtered by village :)
