Stew cock

Ingredients
850 g of meat cock
10-12 heads (1 kg) old onion
2-3 (150 g) tomatoes
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
2 tbsp (20 g ) toasted flour
125 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Onions, having cleaned and washed. cut into thin slices and stew in the butter, while the fat remains. Add red pepper, tomatoes, grated meat and cut into portions. Pour over 1/2 cup hot water, add salt and stew on low heat until tender meat. Add flour mixed into a little cold water, and crushed pepper. After boil for another ten minutes, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
