Ingredients
3 kg carrots
celery 1 kg
1 kg parsnips
7-8 bunches of parsley
salt
Method
Vegetables are washed well. Carrots, parsnips and celery heads Peel, wash again and grated medium size. Leaves of celery and parsley finely. All products are mixed, add salt and mix well. Forgery is filled in small jars which were sterilized for 15 minutes.
