Ingredients
750 g lamb
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
2-3 (150 g) carrots
10 (1 kg) potatoes
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, put it in pan with the onion, finely chopped, carrots, cut into rings, and fat. Salt, pour hot water and bake in a moderate oven from time to time pay.
