Lemon sorbet

Ingredients
6 large lemons
5-6 cup sugar
3 liters of water
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp green mint
1/2 tsp saffron

Method
Lemons Peel and together with the peel, coriander and saffron (he puts to make sherbet intense yellow) are boiled in water 4-5 minutes. Drain them lemons, screened together with water. Add sugar and mint. Sherbet boil again. Cooled and served with ice cubes. Optional can be diluted with soda water.
