Ingredients
5 kg red tomatoes
3 kg potatoes
500 g cow feta cheese
2 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup vinegar
pepper, salt, nutmeg

Method
Potatoes to boil and dissolved, remove them and peel them. Blend with a mixer to puree. Red tomatoes blanch in hot water, peel them and grind them to machine. The resulting puree cook on the stove until it thickens and the water boil off. Add mashed potatoes, stirring constantly, pour little by little the oil, and upon taking up and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, grated nutmeg. Take away from the heat and pour finely crumbled feta cheese. Stir the mixture until smooth and poured into jars. Sterilize 5 minutes.
