Seasoning winter

Ingredients
3 kg carrots
1 kg whole - possibly Chapters
7-8 bunches of parsley
salt
Method
Well washed carrots and celery grated and if leaves and celery parsley cut into small pieces. Mix all ingredients, add salt and mix well. Fill small jars of children purees. Sterilized 20 minutes. The spice is used for boiled, soups, sauces, fish, stewed dishes and others.
