Vegetable soup balls

Ingredients
500 g of red peppers
500 g green peppers
500 g carrots
1 head celery
leaves of celery
parsley

Method
Product is grounded in chopper or grate or milling machine. Spices finely. Confusing. From the mixture form balls and arrange in a baking dish that is placed in the freezer for half an hour to tight vegetable balls. Then the balls are placed in a bag or box in the freezer.

Nelly, I did put in ice baking pans finely chopped dill or parsley.

Yes, fennel, parsley, chervil, tomato juice in baking pans are super. As freeze them take out and fill in the forms torbichti and charge again.
