Chicken with rice in Spanish

Ingredients
50 g sunflower oil
1 kg chicken breast
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
1 cup Rice
2 chopped tomatoes
300 g mushrooms
2 carrots
1/3 cup Corn
2 tbsp chopped parsley
curry, pepper, salt

Method
Stews chicken, onions, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms and garlic. Make up about 3 cups hot water and boil until ready chick. Fry the rice and place in a baking dish. Add chicken broth with meat and vegetables. Add spices according to taste. Bake until ready. The ratio between the rice and the broth was 1: 3.

fried rice gives a completely different texture. On the other hand - why the chicken should be cooked until ready and then bake until the rice is ready? These are chicken breast, by so prolonged heat treatment will be dried.

Rally is not dry, as I do normally chicken with rice always first to concoct it and then put it on rice in the oven to bake, but my chicken is ready to semi :)
