Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup pressed oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp honey or golden syrup
1 tbsp baking
2 tbsp boiling water

Method
Mix the sifted flour, oats, coconut and sugar in a bowl. Low heat melt the butter and honey (syrup). Mix baking soda with boiling water and add to the butter. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon put the mixture in a greased baking pan, leaving enough space between stacks and bake in a moderate oven 180 C for 15-20 minutes.
