Ingredients
500 g chicken breasts
1 red pepper
carrots 2
1 onion
500 g rice
1 tbsp curry
pepper, salt
1.2 liters of water
3-4 tbsp oil
parsley dusting

Method
Chicken breasts cut into chunks and fry until golden. Add chopped onions, carrots and peppers. Stew for about 5 minutes, then put seasoning. Pour the rice and stir well. Fry for 2-3 minutes and pour water. If water is not enough to make up quite a bit as you uvri rice. Ready to cook rice and boil off the water while. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
