Chocolate cake Boomerang

Ingredients
150 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
125 g butter
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp cocoa
200 g sugar
2 eggs
pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
vanilla
# For the cream :
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp super finely ground coffee
1 tbsp coconut flour
vanilla
Method
The butter, coconut flour, sugar and vanilla, mix well. Gradually while stirring add eggs. Then there are added the sieved baking powder and salt to the flour and finally poured milk. In a greased baking dish with butter pour the dough and bake 40-45 minutes in a moderate oven. Cream products are mixed and broken, until the mixture becomes creamy. It covered the cake.

Coconut flour can you replace or miss?

I think it can be replaced with a normal meal in marshes. Basically coconut flour takes more fluid, but this recipe is so small that I do not know whether it makes a difference ... in the preparation of swamps when you add milk Finally, if the mixture is less dense, reduce or drop it. For the cream just to drop the coconut flour, you may need to add extra powdered sugar. To keep coconut flavor - put tiny coconut in swamps and cream - will change the texture of the cake a little, but I do not think that will be a problem.
