Fish with melted cheese

Ingredients
20 g of yeast
100 g processed cheese
100 g cottage cheese
1 tbsp margarine
2 cup flour

Method
Yeast dissolved in 300 ml lukewarm water, add successively all products and knead a soft dough. Leave for half an hour, rolled on a flat surface, cut the fish in the template (which is made of cardboard). Place in a greased pan with sunflower oil, remain for about one hour. Can be smeared with yolk. Bake in preheated oven.
