Hachapuri in Adjarian

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2-2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup diluted yogurt
1 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp melted butter or margarine
# For the filling:
100 g cheese
100 g feta cheese
eggs, according to the numbers that hit +1 spreads

Method
In milk (which is at room temperature) is added yeast, salt, sugar, melted butter and sifted flour. It is well kneaded and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. The feta cheese and the cheese is grated. The dough was divided into 8-10 portions. Roll out thinly and in each circle put the filling. Stick in the shape of a boat. Brushed with beaten egg, which we have added a pinch of salt and a spoonful of milk. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 C in a slight reddening. Then clicks on an egg in each boat and bake again until firm egg.
