Ingredients
1 chicken (about 1.5 kg)
10 chapters onions (shallots)
100 g mushrooms
2 cup white wine
salt, pepper
1 cup cooking cream
2-3 lemons
2-3 sprigs of parsley

Method
Chicken is cleared and cut into pieces. Fry onions, then add the mushrooms. After braised added and chicken, black pepper, salt and white wine. Cover dish tightly and stew over low heat until the meat is tender. Was then added and the cream. Serve hot with lemon slices and parsley seedlings.
