Mushrooms in Korean

Ingredients
300 g mushrooms
1/4 tsp coriander
3 cloves garlic
10 g sesame
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3-4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp cumin
fresh coriander or parsley
1 chili pepper
pepper, salt

Method
Mushrooms are washed. If larger cut. Is placed in boiling, salted water. Boil about 20 minutes. Plant butter mixed with vinegar, soy sauce, roasted sesame seeds, spices, chopped garlic, parsley and chili pepper. Stir well and add the drained mushrooms. Leave to be marinated at least 12 hours to cool.

Mushrooms are extremely aromatic and delicious, thanks for the recipe :) We did a double dose we put peanut oil, coriander and chillies in a few more, just great.
