Ingredients
200 g chocolate Tobleron
2 eggs
300 ml cream
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp caster sugar

Method
Chocolate is melted in a water bath and cool slightly. Yolks beat with powdered sugar and add them melted chocolate. Stir cream. Whip with 2 tbsp sugar snow. Cream mix with 1 tbsp sugar solid cream. Gradually mix the three mixtures and stir gently. In buy to put plastic foil and pour parfait. It's freezing. Serve with a topping of your choice.
