Salted Swiss cake

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cold water
5 tbsp melted butter
salt
# For the filling:
200 g cottage cheese
50 g grated cheese
3 eggs
200 g cream
Method
Flour and baking powder sifted, add salt , added to the butter and water and knead the dough. In a well-oiled pan spread dough 2 cm thick and prick with a fork. Beat yolks add the cheese, the cottage cheese, cream, salt and beaten egg whites. The filling is poured over the pita and bake in a preheated moderate oven.
