500 g lemons (oranges, grapefruits, tangerines)
750 ml water
2 packets of citric acid
1.5 kg sugar
Washed lemons cut into cubes with the peel and seedless. Pour the water and so we stayed 24 hours in the dark. Grind in a blender and strain through cheesecloth. Add the sugar and citric acid, mix well and presedyava another 24 hours in the dark, stirring occasionally. The finished syrup is poured into bottles and sealed. Store in a cool dark place.
